The basic rules for using Cours as a diner or approved restaurant partner.
Cours helps diners discover restaurant-designed menus and make reservations. Restaurants control their menus, prices, availability, and reservation policies. Cours does not guarantee that every restaurant or time will remain available.
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly update your contact details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
A reservation is subject to the menu, price, party size, cancellation terms, and payment policy shown when the booking is made. Do not create fraudulent, duplicate, speculative, or abusive bookings.
Only the cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show terms clearly shown and accepted when you make a reservation apply to that reservation. Where a Cours card guarantee is expressly offered and accepted, you may cancel without the Cours fee at least 30 minutes before the booked time. A later cancellation or no-show may incur a $5 Cours fee per diner; attending diners are not charged that fee. The restaurant confirms attendance, and disputed reports are reviewed before charging. A restaurant may separately require its own guarantee, collected by Cours through Stripe, only if its amount, charge timing, recipient, cancellation and refund rules are disclosed before booking. A card on file is not an upfront meal payment or a $5 hold. Existing reservations retain the terms shown when they were booked. Stripe processes enabled card, deposit, or prepayment transactions.
Partner access is issued by Cours after onboarding. Restaurants are responsible for accurate menus, capacity, availability, contact information, and fulfillment of accepted reservations. Partners must report attendance accurately and promptly for any guarantee or completed-booking review.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private information, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use Cours in violation of law.
Questions about these terms or a disputed fee may be sent to admin@dinewithcours.com. These launch terms should be reviewed by Cours legal counsel before broad commercial release.
